For optimal mental health, the mind requires stillness, focus, and peace.
In this workshop, we will harmonize the yang (movement) and yin (stillness) aspects of our practice through a unique series of fluid motion and meditative poses. We will explore the elusive state of single-pointed-focus of body, breath and awareness.
Class includes lecture, movement, meditation, and detailed handouts.
