According to yogic wisdom, the mind is not a singular entity. It is a bundle of interrelated parts that -- when properly trained -- become our most powerful asset.  By clearly understanding the four aspects of mind, we can befriend and train the mind to serve our higher potential and deeper desires.

In this workshop, you will learn simple and effective ways to:

  • Improve concentration
  • Reduce negative self-talk
  • Avoid mental fatigue
  • Increase productivity
  • Cultivate inner peace

A well-trained mind is the most potent tool we have on the path of awakening!
