Using a synthesis of Taoist, Tantric and Buddhist methods of movement, meditation and self-healing, I design a routine custom tailored for you. Nutritional Consultation (Art of Nourishment): 1 - 3 hrs
Popular diets and generalized food recommendations are based on partial information and passing fads. These do not work well well for most people. For optimal health, each of us must eat according to our own unique situation and constitution. In these sessions, I create a customized nutritional program based on the traditional wisdom of Ayurveda and Classical Chinese Medicine to fit your life-style and specific health goals. You will learn which foods, herbs and spices are most beneficial for you, which ones to avoid, and the methods of preparation best-suited for your constitution. In-person sessions: $80/hr. Abdominal Massage (Chi Nei Tsang): 1 - 1.5 hrs
Rooted in the principals of Classical Chinese Medicine and Taoist Internal Alchemy, this powerful method of bodywork addresses the cause of imbalance while rejuvenating the body's vital force. By working with the abdomen we access internal organs to release deep-rooted tension, improve circulation of blood and qi, and activate the body's innate healing potential. This method is exceptionally effective in facilitating the healing of long term chronic complaints as well as emotionally based challenges. $100/hr.
Spiritual Guidance: 1 - 2 hrs
In these sessions I serve as your spiritual friend and mentor. There are
times in our evolution when it becomes indispensable to have audience
with a teacher who can clarify confusion and help us navigate the subtle
terrain of our own inner landscape. These windows present ripe
opportunities for growth. If now is one of those times for you, seize

Sexual Healing & Sacred Sex Education: 1.5 and 3 hr sessions

Yijing (I Ching) Divination: 1 hr
Are you seeking renewed direction or clarity in your life? Would you like insight in regard to a certain project or upcoming decision? A divination can be very helpful. I practice traditional Chinese Yijing divination using the classical numerical system and interpretation as taught by Master Zhongxian Wu. The intricate details of his system of interpretation are not written down, but have been passed down orally from teacher to student for over 5000 years. In-person sessions: $80/hr.
