Cain Carroll is an American teacher and author who leads courses in radical self-healing and embodied spiritual practice. His work is informed by years of in-depth study and practice of Yoga, Qigong, Buddhism, Daoism, and Classical Chinese Medicine. Cain has been a student of ageless wisdom traditions since childhood. He began his formal training at age 13 and has studied under the guidance of master teachers in India, China, Thailand, Nepal, Ecuador, Colombia and USA. In 2006, he was grandfathered in to the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level. He is author of Partner Yoga: Making Contact for Physical, Emotional & Spiritual Growth, Mudras of India: A Comprehensive Guide to the Hand Gestures of Yoga and Indian Dance, The Four Dignities: The Spiritual Practice of Walking, Standing, Sitting and Lying Down, and creator of three instructional DVDs: Pain-Free Joints, Heal Neck & Shoulder Pain, and Digestive Power. Cain leads trainings and retreats globally and is sought after for his private coaching work with thought leaders, doctors, elite athletes, and renowned artists. He is married to the Classical Indian Dancer, Revital Carroll
